SOL9412 Series

Silver Conductor for N-Type Wafer with N+ Surface
The SOL9412 Series is a silver conductor for N-Type monocrystalline silicon solar cell wafers with N+ surface. It is optimized for high throughput processing. It easily penetrates the SiNXH anti-reflective coating during the firing process and provides low contact resistance. SOL9412 is especially designed to be co-fired with the SOL9383 Series. This series of paste is also available in other versions based on customer's process requirements.
